Inaccessible Qanat       (underground tunnel       for carrying irrigation water)?  Incomprehensible Qasida (Arabic or Persian  elegiac poem)?  Incessant Quab (to throb; quiver)?  Indigent Quadragenarian (a person betwee 40 and                                           49 years of age)?  Independent Quadrennial (lasting four years;                             occurring once every four years)? Incomprehensible Quenelle (poached meat                                              dumpling)? Incessant Quaeritur (the question is asked)? Inexorable Querist (inquirer)? Incomprehensibly quidditative (quirky; eccentric)?"
